Membership Committee

Responsibilities: Planning and executing a year-round program to constantly acquire new members.

Conducting a strong program of member education and involvement and retention.

Maintaining a roster of all active members.

Preparing quarterly reports on accomplishments, scheduled business activities, and requests for funds and supplies.

Chairperson: Appointed to the standing committee by the president.

Membership: The committee should have at least five members, consisting of a chairperson and four or more additional members all appointed by the president for a one-year term.
